Privacy

Operations Review Desk collects the email, company name, payment reference, and documents needed to perform an ordered review. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by us.

Files and retention

Order files are kept in private storage and accessed through time-limited links. Source documents, findings, and deliverables are scheduled for deletion 30 days after payment. Minimal transaction records may be retained for tax, accounting, dispute, and security purposes.

AI assistance

Automated systems may assist with extraction and reconciliation. A human confirms every delivered finding. We do not use customer documents to train a public model.

Analytics

We measure page and funnel events without sending document contents, filenames, email addresses, or other order details to analytics.
